ADDRESS CONFIRMATION:

To ensure that your package is properly delivered and you receive shipment within the designated time frame, please make sure your address is FULLY ENTERED AND CORRECT.
If the package is returned non-deliverable, we will redeliver the package after you have paid for shipping cost or we will issue a store credit for the price of your item(s) minus the shipping charge. That is your choice.

Check courier office first, for they may hold your item for a limited time before returning. The courier will make 3 attempts to deliver before returning.

If your tracking information states that your package was delivered and you have not received it, you must address this with the selected courier.

***We do not hold responsibility for packages that state “to be delivered”.
***We do not issue refunds for packages that state “being delivered”.
We are happy to assist you in tracking the package down if you are unsuccessful.

SUCCESSFUL CHECKOUT:

You will get an automatic email stating, “Your order has been ‘Processed”.

After your payment is authorized and verified it may take 1-2 days to process your order, depending on your bank, before your order is shipped. (This is just an estimate, and does not include weekends or holidays).

We offer FREE AND FLAT-RATE SHIPPING (domestic & internationally). Your shipping options are displayed at point of checkout.

Domestic and International orders over $100 ships free within 1-2 business days after order is processed. Orders usually deliver within 5-8 business days depending on destination. (Note: you will receive tracking information once payment is processed)


Orders less than $100 will ship with a standard flat rate shipping fee of $8 for US /CANADA and $15 internationally. Orders will ship within 5-8 days after payment has processed depending on destination. (It may be earlier especially for domestic shipping depending on destination).

Free shipping is available for orders less than $100.You will receive your order approximately 10-15 business days after payment is processed and items are shipped depending on destination.( It may be earlier depending on destination).

You may receive multiple packages and a unique tracking number for each package.

SOME MERCHANDISE INCLUDING BANDAGE DRESSES AND CLOTHING WILL BE SHIPPED SEPARATELY.

The original postage cost that we pay to send to you as “free shipping” will not be refunded.

-Send email within 5 days of receiving you item(s) and specify you are wanting to return your item(s).

-Wait for response with the return address.
-Once message is received, please mail back your item(s) in the original condition, with tag attached, to the return address.

RETURN PAYMENT:

Once we receive your returned item, we will process your refund and send an email confirmation. You will receive your refund within 2-7 days, depending on your bank.

YES! RATES ARE APPLIED AT CHECKOUT BASED ON WEIGHT, PACKAGE SIZE, & LOCATION. 

EVENTS AND SPECIAL OCCASIONS:

*Always Order in advance, at least 7-10 days for paid shipping or free shipping over the specified $100 prior to an event.

*Always order in advance at least 15 days for free shipping under $100 prior to an event.

DO not include Sunday in your count, if you are planning to receive for a special event or occasion.

Delivery Duty Paid basis, which means, all relevant import taxes and duties are included in the price you see on the website. To ensure the most accurate pricing, taxes and delivery costs are displayed while browsing our site, we recommend that you use the flag at the top of our website and select your country from the list of shipping destinations.

                      QUEENS LOYALTY PROGRAM

**Members need to register their birthday on the Account Page on or before the end of their birthday month to be eligible for a birthday bonus.
**Members must make at least one lifetime qualifying order on your store to be eligible for yearly Birthday Bonuses. A qualifying order is a paid order that was not cancelled or fully refunded. **The qualifying order must be made at least 30 days before the 1st day of the birthday month to receive the Birthday Bonus for that calendar year. Once a qualifying offer has been made, a member will receive Birthday Bonuses every year until the Birthday Bonus option is disabled.
**If members fill in their birthdays before their birthday month, the bonus will be awarded at the beginning of the month.
If members fill in their birthdays during their birthday month, the bonus will be awarded at the end of the month.
**Finally, the Loyalty Account must be active in order to receive a birthday bonus.

**Members who register their birthdays as the current month, would be awarded the Birthday Bonus at the beginning of the next month.

Thereafter, the Birthday Bonus award will be issued following these rules:

**If members fill in their birthdays before their birthday month, the bonus will be awarded at the beginning of the month.
**If members fill in their birthdays during their birthday month, the bonus will be awarded at the end of the month.

**If an order is marked as "canceled" or "voided", all points originally earned for the order will be subtracted.
**If an order is marked as "refunded" or "partially refunded", then points will be subtracted based on the refunded amount.
**If the order is marked as "refunded", but no refunded amount is specified, then all points originally earned for the order will be subtracted.
